Carolyn'S Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small cans Shoe Peg corn
    1 large bell pepper
    1 small onion
    mayonnaise
    pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    pimento *
    tomato *
Preparation
    Drain corn.
    Add chopped bell pepper and onion.
    Mix well. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (or enough to suit taste).
    Mix well. Let sit, covered, in refrigerator for 24 hours for best flavor. This is a year round favorite!
