Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Stir
until
mixed.
Do not beat.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch
pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
