Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. lard or shortening (2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and work in lard or shortening.
    Beat eggs in cup; add vinegar and fill with water to make 1 cup.
    Mix well, after adding liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
