Beef Stroganoff(Microwave) - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
1/4 c. flour
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2/3 c. beef broth
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
hot cooked noodles or rice
Preparation

Partially freeze steak; slice into thin, bite-size pieces (strips).
In a 3-quart bowl, toss beef with 1/4 cup flour. Stir in mushrooms, onion, beef broth, ketchup, butter, mustard, salt and pepper.
Cook on 100% for 5 minutes; stir.
Reduce to 50%.
Cook, covered, 18 to 33 minutes, stirring half time.
