Cream Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 small can pimento, chopped fine
    6 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar, vinegar and salt.
    Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until creamy and smooth.
    Stir in butter. Remove from heat; stir in green pepper, onion and pimento.
    Mix well and pour over cream cheese.
    Stir until blended, then chill. Makes about 1 pint.
