Cheese Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large whole wheat pita bread
    6 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 lb. firm Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    6 large ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
    coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Place pita bread, rounded side up, on a cookie sheet.
    Mix tomato paste, garlic, oil and basil. Spread mixture thinly on bread.
    Arrange, alternating slices of cheese and tomato on top. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 hot oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve garnished with sprig of fresh basil.
