Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 (28 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
garlic salt
onion salt
celery salt
Preparation

Trim fat off brisket.
Marinate brisket overnight with garlic, celery salt and liquid smoke.
Next morning, bake in a slow oven in marinade for 6 to 8 hours at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0, according to size of brisket.
When done, take out of oven and set for 30 minutes. Slice and put in serving dish.
Put barbecue sauce on meat and bake 30 minutes to 1 hour.
