Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 stick margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 large can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

In iron skillet, put the margarine, onion and celery. Cook until onion is golden brown. Add frozen broccoli and heat until broccoli is separated and thawed.
Add the Cheez Whiz and stir until it is completely melted.
Add the milk and soup. Add the rice and mix well.
Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
