Spring Potato Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. potatoes
salt
basil leaves
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus, cooked
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation

Peel potatoes and slice 1/8-inch thick.
Place half the potato slices in greased 9-inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and basil.
Top with layers of sliced onion, asparagus and tomato slices, sprinkling each layer with salt and basil.
Top with remaining potato slices; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove cover and continue to bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
