Coconut Cream Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 pkg. crackers (Ritz, Town House)
1 stick butter
3 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
2 c. milk
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 Cool Whip
Preparation

Take crackers and crush them up. Melt stick butter over crackers. Mix together pudding, milk and ice cream.
Pour over crackers.
Put Cool Whip on top.
Pour coconut flakes over top. Refrigerate several hours.
