Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Lightly brown ground beef and pour off excess fat.
Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, oregano and sugar.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add cheeses.
Stir until cream cheese is melted and well combined.
Serve warm.
Makes 3 cups of dip.
