Cheerwine Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) Cheerwine
2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
1 gal. whole milk

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients in ice cream freezer.
Chop jar of cherries into little bits and add to freezer.
Finish filling with whole milk.
Freeze 30 to 40 minutes until freezer stops.
