Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 cans evaporated milk (12 oz. cans)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) loaf bread, cut into cubes
Preparation
    In a large bowl beat eggs.
    Add milk, sugar, butter, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
    Mix well.
    Add bread cubes.
    Stir gently.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Store in the refrigerator.
    Yield:
    12 to 16 servings.
