Award Winning Green Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. diced pork
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
    1 doz. roasted and peeled green chiles
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 c. flour
    6 to 8 c. chicken broth
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork in olive oil in a large pot.
    When pork is brown add the flour and brown it also lightly, but be careful that it doesn't burn.
    Then add chicken broth, if you like a thick gravy, use less broth, and for thinner use more.
    Add all the other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often.
    If you like, you can add cooked pinto beans.
