Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel, 1/2 lb. sharp, 1/2 lb. mellow-mild)
1 lb. process cheese spread (like Cheez Whiz)
1/2 lb. cream cheese (Kraft)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation

Leave cheese out until soft.
Mix all ingredients.
Put mixture in freezer for about 30 minutes, then form into balls or logs.
Roll in finely chopped pecans.
Makes two large balls or three smaller logs.
