Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, almonds, onion, lemon juice and pepper.
Add mayonnaise and toss.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese and finish with potato chips.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
