Pressure Canned Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. string beans
    7 tsp. salt
    7 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash, trim ends and break green beans into 1 to 2-inch pieces.
    Pack beans tightly into jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar to each quart.
    Fill jar with water and leave 1/2-inch headspace.
    Put jars in pressure cooker.
    Add water in pot about 4 inches on jars.
    Cook on 10 pounds pressure (240\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Take off heat and let pressure out before opening.
