Jambalaya Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips chopped bacon
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. diced cooked ham
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. cooked long grain rice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry bacon, onion and green pepper together.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
    Add bacon mixture, rice, tomatoes, parsley, meat and salt.
    Mix together well.
    Turn into a buttered baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for about 45 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 5 to 6.
