Poor Boy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and pour into 9-inch round ungreased pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
