Trout In Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 trout, dressed
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    rosemary to taste
    lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Salt the trout inside and out.
    Dredge in flour and fry in hot oil.
    Remove the fish.
    Add margarine, spices, lemon juice and water to the pan.
    Cook briefly.
    Add sour cream, stir and pour this sauce over the trout.
