Pork Chop Skillet Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. fat
    4 1/2 inch pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    4 slices onion rings
    4 rings green pepper
    4 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    1 (2 1/2 c.) tomatoes
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Brown chops in skillet with fat.
    Salt.
    Place slice of onion and slice of pepper ring on each chop.
    Place one tablespoon rice in each ring.
    Pour tomatoes over meat. Add celery. Place cover on skillet and when steam appears, turn to low heat for 1/2 to 1 hour.
