Delicious Strawberry Sunday Coffeecakes(Chs Special Foods Lab Coffeecake Recipe; Makes 3 Coffeecakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. plain flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs (room temperature)
    1 (12 oz.) can strawberry pastry or pie filling (may use any flavor pie filling)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. seedless raisins
    confectioners sugar
    icing (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt over low heat until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0). (Too hot will \"kill\" yeast.)
    Add liquid ingredients to flour-yeast mixture and beat until smooth.
    Add eggs and beat about 3 minutes.
    Stir in more flour to make a moderately soft dough.
