Chicken-Rice Casserole Or Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut-up fryer
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. rice (not instant)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
Salt and pepper chicken.
Melt oleo and grease bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish.
Place rice in bottom of casserole.
Heat soups and seasonings and pour over rice.
Dip chicken in remaining oleo and place on top of rice. Bake, uncovered, approximately 2 hours until done.
Serves 6 to 8.
