No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. turkey thighs
    2 cans chicken broth (10 3/4 oz.)
    2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. sliced celery
    4 c. sliced potatoes (3/4 inch thick)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook turkey; remove from bones.
    Set aside.
    Place onions, celery, carrots and potatoes in casserole and sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
    Add broth and cook until vegetables are done. Add turkey and cook until blended.
    Can be thickened with cornstarch and water.
