Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef
    2 qt. water
    2 sticks celery
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1/2 large (16 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1/4 c. sugar
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Combine beef in 2 quarts of water, mixing beef until it comes apart.
    Add celery, pepper and onion, cut up fine.
    Cook together 45 minutes, covered (boiling).
    Remove top and add remaining ingredients and continue cooking uncovered until thick. (This will probably take four or five hours, depending upon heat setting. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.)
    Serves 15 people.
