Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    8 fish fillets
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to
    375\u00b0.
    Place
    butter
    in baking dish and place in\toven.
    Watch carefully while browning butter.
    Drop fish in egg then in crumbs.
    Coat well.
    Place each fillet in butter, turning
    to coat evenly.
    Season to taste.\tBake 15 to 20 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
