Tomato Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pie shells
tomatoes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
chopped onion
1 Tbsp. basil
Preparation

Bake individual pie shells; cool. Peel tomatoes and cut into chunks. Place in cooked pie shells. Top with mayonnaise, grated cheese, onion and basil. Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
