Busy-Day Rice Ragout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    In large skillet, stir onion and green pepper in oil until soft.
    Add meat, salt and pepper.
    Stir until meat loses pink color.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until well blended. Reduce heat.
    Cover skillet and simmer just 15 minutes.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
