Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. well-drained crushed pineapple
1 c. grated coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and lightly flour a large tube pan.
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Beat oil, eggs and sugar until thoroughly mixed.
Gradually blend flour mixture into oil, eggs and sugar mixture.
Fold in carrots, pineapple, coconut and nuts.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into large tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
