Beth'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boiled chicken, skinned and boned
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    poppy seed or sliced almonds
Preparation
    Put chicken (chopped) with sour cream, soup and lemon juice in baking dish. Melt margarine and mix with crumbs. Add poppy seed or almonds on top of chicken mixture; then top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
