Blueberry Buckle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cake flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter and egg.
Stir in milk.
Sift dry ingredients and add to batter, stirring well.
Sprinkle blueberries with a little flour and fold into batter.
Use greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
