Velveeta Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta processed cheese spread, cubed
    1 jar (8 oz.) Pace picante sauce or salsa
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave Velveeta and picante sauce in 1 1/2-quart microwave bowl on High 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
    Stir in cilantro.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
    Makes 3 cups.
