Corn Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, cooked until tender
    2 to 3 boxes frozen Copes corn
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    cooked chicken (as desired)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    milk
Preparation
    Combine diced potatoes, corn and eggs.
    Add chicken and mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Add milk to cover ingredients. Add butter, salt and pepper.
    Top with pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
