Chicken Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/2 tsp. ginger root, minced
    1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
    8 oz. chicken breast
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. sliced vegetables (mixed carrots, broccoli, celery)
    1 1/2 c. cooked vermicelli
    2 to 3 tsp. soy sauce
    2 to 3 tsp. oyster sauce
Preparation
    Slice chicken breast into thin strips.
    Heat oil in wok; add onion, ginger and garlic.
    Saute 1 minute.
    Add chicken and saute until done.
    Add mushrooms and vegetables and a little water.
    Put on lid to steam.
    Add vermicelli, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir to combine; heat through.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
