Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. hot milk
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add a little cold milk.
    Add egg and beat well.
    Add the vanilla.
    Pour in hot milk, stirring continuously. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until it coats the spoon.
    Pour in custard cups.
    Put cups in pan with enough hot water to cover bottom.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
