Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium ripe to firm tomatoes
3 medium cucumbers, seeded and chopped (pat dry with paper towels)
4 jalapeno chilies
1 bundle chopped cilantro (fresh)
2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 white onion
1/2 red onion
Preparation

Deseed all your jalapenos or leave 1 or 2 with seeds for heat. Toss all your ingredients together in a glass bowl (for freshness). Put a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to your desire!
