Corn Muffin Topped Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation

In an ovenproof skillet, brown the beef lightly; drain off excess fat.
Add onion and pepper.
Cook until tender; stir in corn, tomato sauce, chili powder and salt.
Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package.
Spoon onto mixture and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
