Hungarian Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef tips
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. paprika
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat in large frypan.
    Add onions and cook until transparent.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
    (Excellent for crock-pot, low approximately 10 hours.)
