Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground raw turkey
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, drained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried parsley
3/4 tsp. dried basil
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 clove garlic
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Cook turkey until no longer pink in skillet.
In slow crockery cooker combine with all ingredients.
Cover, cook on high heat for 2 to 3 hours.
