Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    butter
    1 or 2 boiled eggs, sliced
    1/2 block Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Boil squash in a small amount of water (slightly).
    Grease a casserole dish.
    Drain squash.
    Add a layer of squash, onion and cheese; dot with butter.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Repeat another layer of same.
    Add sliced eggs.
    Pour mushroom soup over top and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake until bubbly and brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
