Italian Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    2 Tbsp. Italian mixed seasonings
    dash of garlic powder
    1 tsp. Accent
    3 or 4 hot pickled peppers
    2 Tbsp. hot pepper juice
    1 (12 oz.) cola
Preparation
    Have eye of round roast at room temperature.
    Sprinkle with coarse black pepper or other seasoning.
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0 and bake 5 minutes per pound.
    Turn oven off and do not open for 2 hours.
    Roast will be pink.
    Great for Sunday dinner or company.
