Ingredients

32 oz. cranberries
4 1/2 c. water
3 c. sugar
Preparation

Boil berries in water until all berries have popped.
Mash through colander, discarding pulp.
Add sugar and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour into pan and freeze, cutting through mixture 2 or 3 times as it sets up.
Serve in sherbet cups.
Great at Thanksgiving with turkey meal.
