Kraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. sausage
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. milk
14 oz. kraut, drained
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Cook sausage and onion, drain.
Add 3 tablespoons bread crumbs and kraut.
In small bowl combine cream cheese, mustard, pepper and garlic salt.
Mix all the ingredients and chill well.
