Raw Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head of cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head lettuce (optional)
    1 small box frozen peas
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. bacon bits
    1 bunch chopped green onions
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower
    into
    little
    flowerets;
    cut broccoli into flowerets; tear lettuce into bite-size pieces; then layer the vegetables in bowl.
    Mix with mayonnaise, cheese and bacon bits. Let stand a few hours or overnight.
