Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 uncooked crescent dinner rolls
    1 medium tomato
    1 medium zucchini
    1/2 large onion, sliced
    6 slices thin pepperoni
    4 oz. grated Mozzarella
    3 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Place crescent rolls in a pie crust to form crust.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Fry thinly sliced zucchini in 3 tablespoons of oil; add onion.
    Fry 15 to 20 minutes, until zucchini is soft.
    In a bowl, mix pepperoni, Mozzarella and tomato.
    Cut into wedges. Add zucchini mixture and stir.
    Put ingredients into pie shell. Place American cheese slices on top.
    Bake for 15
    minutes at 350\u00b0.
