Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain very well.
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Roll into balls and freeze.
To serve, place on cookie sheet, still frozen, and bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes approximately 30 balls.
