Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 lb. ground raw veal
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; remove and chop stems.
    Melt butter in heavy skillet.
    Add mushroom stems, onion, veal and garlic; brown lightly.
    Stir in seasonings, mixing well.
    Fill mushroom caps; place in greased shallow baking dish.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 5 or 6 as a main dish, with sauce spooned over mushrooms.
