Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 2 lb. mushrooms
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese to taste
    1/2 stick margarine
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash and remove stems.
    Dice stems very fine.
    Chop onion very fine; use equal amounts of onion and stems.
    Add crushed garlic and parsley flakes to taste.
    Cook in 2 tablespoons margarine until onions are soft.
    In mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs; beat well and add 1 cup bread crumbs.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add Parmesan cheese, about 2 tablespoons or more.
    If mixture is not real moist, add more melted margarine.
    Add cooked stems and onions.
    Stuff caps; place in buttered baking dish.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and stir in mixture; add lemon juice to taste.
    Spoon over stuffed caps.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
