Peas Cantonese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Add soup, flour, peas (cooked), salt and pepper.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
