Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pork, roasted until the meat falls from the bone (discard fat and bone)
    2 jars sauerkraut, drained
    1 can beer
    1 apple, peeled and sliced thin
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine all and cook in slow oven for 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
